Stettler Mayor Dick Richards and Clearview board Chair Ken Checkel cut the ribbon to the two-storey 18,000-square-foot building with a 6,000-square foot basement estimated at $4.9 million.

A 49-year-old County of Stettler resident was arrested on Oct. 28 along 50 Avenue in Stettler for impaired driving. He was subsequently charged for impaired driving and possession of a controlled substance, a drug, and will appear in Stettler Provincial Court on Nov. 12 to enter a plea.
