On Nov. 11 vehicle break ins were reported at a vehicle sales lot located in the 4400 block of 50 Street in Stettler. A fire extinguisher was discharged at the scene.

Tees-area farmer Brian Russell Knight, 38, will have to wait a little longer to defend himself in court on charges of shooting at suspects involved with stealing a vehicle from his farm last spring.

Town of Stettler and Clearview School Division officially opened their new shared administrative building at the northeast corner of Main Street and 51 Avenue on Nov. 12. A 49-year-old County of Stettler resident was arrested on Oct. 28 along 50 Avenue in Stettler for impaired driving. He was subsequently charged for impaired driving and possession of a controlled substance, a drug, and will appear in Stettler Provincial Court on Nov. 12 to enter a plea.
