The Stettler Storm midget girls posted a 1-2-1 record in the Delburne female B hockey tournament that Red Deer hosted last weekend.

Playing four games in a 24-hour period, Stettler competed in the round-robin, with a short bench, against teams from Edmonton, St. Albert, High Prairie and Red Deer.

“With a tight race for a playoff position, the girls ran out of steam by the fourth game,” the Storm reported in a news release.

Stettler is entered in another B tournament in February at Olds.
