The Stettler Curling Club held it’s annual Farmer-Farmette Bonspiel over the weekend of Jan. 20-22.
After the three days of competition, winners were declared in three events for both the farmers and farmettes.
On the farmers side, the ‘A’ event was won by the team headed by Lee Fowler. the ‘B’ even was won by the team headed by Randy Jones. Finally, the ‘C’ event was won by the team headed by John Armstrong.
On the farmettes side, the ‘A’ event was won by the team headed by Sheri Morbeck. The ‘B’ event was won by the team headed by Lois Wells. Finally, the ‘C’ event was won by the team headed by Maureen Mailer.
Next up for the Stettler Curling Club is the Red Solo Cup Bonspiel, taking place Feb. 10 and 11. The bonspiel is open to all ages and all abilities.
