Castor native Simon Thieleman and the Stettler Lightning play a “home” game this Friday night at Castor against the Ponoka Stampeders, the last-place team in the Heritage Junior Hockey League. Castor is the hometown of multiple Lightning players.
The host Lightning lost 4-0 to the Okotoks Bisons last Saturday, after edging the Red Deer Vipers 3-2 on Friday.
