Luger passed away suddenly on November 14, 2009 at home near Donalda AB, doing what he loved best, spending the day with his wife and sweetheart Jackie. Luger touched the hearts and lives of everyone he met - from near and far. Always quick to extend a helping hand and kind words to family, friends, and strangers, his passing leaves a void in the lives of everyone who loved him. Luger was a loving husband, a wonderful father and grandpa, a caring brother, a mentor and a good friend. Luger is survived by his loving wife, Jackie of Donalda, AB; children, Darren Clark of Calgary, AB, Stephanie (Sig) McCarthy and their children Waylon and Daisy of Calgary, AB; Bonnie Vockeroth (David Janzen) of Vancouver, BC; Two brothers, Don (Sheila) and Terry (Peggy) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of many good friends. A Celebration of Luger's life was held on Friday, November 20, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. in the Red Willow Community Hall, Red Willow, AB.
