HANSEN – Troy Jeffrey Hansen was born on Nov. 28, 1970 in Hanna, AB; the second son of Stan and Pat Hansen. Troy passed away suddenly on June 9, 2008 near Delia, AB. He is survived by his parents Stan and Pat, his brothers Jason, Steve and his sister-in-law Melanie, nephew Tanner and niece Olivia, his grandparents Dave and Betty Nixon of Byemoor, AB, his aunts and uncles Wayne and Loree Nixon, Dale and Carol Nixon, Linda and Larry Norlie, Wanda and Don Wilkie, Terry and Anne Nixon, Dave and Lynne Nixon, May and Bob Bamber, Loretta and Clarence Stabler, many cousins and many friends. A celebration of Troy's life was held at the Delia Community Hall on June 14, 2008. He will be laid to rest with his Grandpa and Grandma Hansen at the Craigmyle Cemetery. If so desired, donations may be made in Troy's name to the Alberta Children's Hospital in Calgary, AB in recognition of Troy's love for children.
