Mr. Samuel Diegel
1923 - 2010
Mr. Samuel Diegel passed away at Stettler on Friday, May 28, 2010 at the age of 87 years. Sam is survived by his loving wife, Maria Diegel of Gadsby, three sons; Marvin (Barbara) Diegel of Stettler, Stan (Gloria) Diegel of Gadsby and Dwayne (Cynthia) Diegel also of Gadsby. Grandchildren; Steve (Shannon), Cal, Wade (Ybiett), Arden (Deanne), Tannor (Jennifer Orom) and Trissell Diegel, Richelle (Greg) Skocdopole, Tasha (Aaron) Cordel and Shannon (Mike) Krzyczkowski. Fourteen great-grandchildren, sister, Irene Sieppert, sisters-in-law; Hilda Diegel, Bertha Radke and Ida Schnell and brothers-in-law; Chris Ost and Oscar (Pat) Ost as well as numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends. Sam was predeceased by his parents Jacob and Eva Diegel, infant brother and infant sister, brothers Archie (Edna) Diegel and Willard Diegel, sister, Mary (Tony) Stotz, brothers-in-law; Walter Sieppert, Walter Radke, Melvin (Emma) Albrecht and Ernie Schnell and sister-in-law Alvina Ost. A memorial service for the late Mr. Sam Diegel will be held at the Brennen Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Ross Helgeton officiating. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to the Stettler Health Services Foundation - Heritage House or to S.T.A.R.S.
