SHERIDAN
Robert Bernard Sheridan passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years old on June 19th, 2011 at the Michener Seniors Home in Red Deer, Alberta. Robert was born on March 17th, 1922 in Leeds, Great Britain and immigrated to Lacombe, AB, Canada with his family in 1929. Robert was predeceased by his loving wife Vivian (Goldie) in January 1997 and his parents Daniel and Winnifred and younger brother Edward. Robert is survived by his loving children, their spouses and grandchildren; Robert (Bob) Dianne of Beaverlodge, AB., William (Bill) and Beccy of Red Deer, AB., Sandra and Shawn of Rocky Mountain House, AB., Daniel and Roma of Red Deer, AB., Delbert and BJ of Red Deer County, AB., Kathy and Tom of Cochrane, AB. Robert had eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. He is also survived by six loving sisters and their families from Alberta & B.C. Robert, known to most as Bob or Sherry, worked in the oil industry in AB. and Sask. for many years. He bought and operated a convenience store in Stettler, AB until he retired in 1987 to a small farm in Rimbey, AB. All family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Robert's life on July 10th, 2011 at 2:00 PM at St Stephen's Catholic Church, 5128-53rd St., Lacombe, AB. Prior to the celebration there will be a memorial at the Fairview Cemetery, Lacombe at 11:00 AM at which time Robert (Bob) and Vivian (Goldie) will be laid to rest for all those who wish to attend.
