It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Rose Plested of Red Deer, on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at the age of 97 years. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her children; Don (Linda) of Stettler, Fern Jocksch of Red Deer and Gloreen (Paul) Budy of Red Deer, her grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. She was predeceased by her husband Ralph, brother Elmer Greff and numerous sisters and brothers in law. A Celebration of Mary's Life was held at Davenport Place Club House, 2300 Danielle Drive, Red Deer, on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Red Deer Food Bank Society, 7429 - 49 Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta, T4P 1N2.
