Margaret (Marg /Pud) Rose Webster of Toronto, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at the age of 78 years with loved ones by her side. Marg is survived by her sister - Dorothy Ish, nieces & nephews - Diane (Ed) Liegman, Brenda, (Gary) Franson, David Welty, Tom (Shar) Caldwell, Tammy Ish, and Rhonda (Claud) Parahoniak, & late Doug Welty Jr. along with 11 great- nieces/nephews and nine great-great-nieces/nephews. Special acknowledgement to Marg's extended family her longest and dearest friend Esther Ginther (soul sister), Vera Davidson and the Coon family - Jeannie, Bev and little Connie. Marg is predeceased by her parents Richard & Catherine Webster, Sister - Marjorie Welty, Brother - Richard (Dickie) Webster, Sister - Beverly Anne Davis and her dearest friend Connie Coon.
Marg grew up in Stettler and graduated from Stettler high school in 1958. She then went on to Business College. In 1960 Marg started her career in Calgary and in 1965 she left Alberta and ventured off to Toronto to full-fill a wonderful life and career. Her career of 30 years was with Manulife Canada where she retired at the age of 55 years in 1994.
Marg's love of life was filled with many friends and family. Her sense of humour and wit will be deeply missed which she maintained right up to her passing with such dignity and grace. She demonstrated this throughout her life along with love, compassion, and integrity in everything she did. Marg will be truly missed by all her knew her. To know her was only to love her.
Graveside Internment to be held September 22, 2018 at 2 p.m. Stettler Cemetery.
