BROLUND
Mrs. Lydia Brolund passed away June 19, 2011 at Stettler Health Care Centre, at the age of 90 years. Survived by her sons Ben (Jo) and Barry (Jean); daughter Mardel Parkin; eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; as well as other family and friends. Predeceased by her parents Fred and Maria, husband Charles, brothers David and Fred, sisters Mary, Pauline and Erica.
Funeral service was held at St. Peter Lutheran Church on Friday, June 24, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Karl Faltin officiating. Scott Pfeiffer played the piano for the congregational hymns. Family and friends gathered in the Education Wing of the church for a time of fellowship and a luncheon by the ECL. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your own choice in Lydia's name.
