ALBRIGHT

Loretta

August 29, 1935 - March 03, 2012

Sorrow will pass

and memories will live on.

Loretta Albright left us peacefully from the Red Deer Regional Hospital on March 03, 2012 after a brief and tragic fight with Cancer. Loretta is mourned by her surviving brother, Adam Bertsch of Carbon, Alberta. Loretta was born on a farm near Hesketh, Alberta, on August 29, 1935, married Albert on December 19, 1959 and celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary on December 19, 2009. Through the years Loretta and Albert farmed in various locations in Central Alberta. As her family of four boys grew, she kept the family homes in Morrin, Rumsey, and Byemoore, finally settling in Stettler in 1974. Loretta and her family were very involved in the church and community. Family, friendship and fellowship in the Lord were Loretta’s greatest blessings. Loretta lead her entire life of giving, forgiving and always placing her needs last before family and friends. Loretta retired from her many years of being a highly successful cook, baker, home maker and the best Mom we boys could ever hope to have and moved into the Paragon Place in Stettler as her final residence. Albert joined God in Heaven on February 13, 2010 and is now together with his loving wife once more living in the house of the lord as Loretta lives pain free in the arms of Jesus forevermore. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, 6287 - 67A Street (Taylor Drive), Red Deer, Alberta on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be sent or viewed at www.parklandfuneralhome.com.
