JOHNSON
Laurence George Johnson was born in Edmonton, Alberta on June 10, 1934 and passed away April 19, 2012 at Stettler Alberta. Laurie was predeceased by his father Orvel Johnson in 1939, his stepfather Harold Websdale in 1984, his mother Edith Websdale in 2006 and sister Barbara Hagen in 2007. Laurie is survived by his brother Edwin (Doris) Johnson of Penticton, BC, sister Orlean (Herb) Clausen of Red Bluff, CA, brother in law Jack Hagen of Smithers, BC, sister Angie (Byron) Lennox of Swift Current, SK, brother Frank Websdale of Ponoka, AB, brother Claire (Sandra) Websdale of Millet, AB, brother Shannon (Lynne) Websdale of Grimshaw, AB, numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many dear friends. Funeral services were held at Heartland Chapel of Stettler Funeral Home on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 10:30 AM with Jack Reddekopp, Lorne Moore and Mildred Lindquist officiating. Family and friends gathered in the Heartland Reception Centre for a time of fellowship and a luncheon. Memorial donations may be made in Laurie's memory to County of Stettler Housing Authority Willow Creek or a charity of your own choice.
