From the age of 12 Ken was passionate about hunting, either to put food on the table, sell furs or for predator and varmint control and a little for sport as well. Later in life he also shot competitively, winning many trophies, buckles, prizes and a reputation for having a keen eye and steady hand.
His other passions included dogs, horses, welding, visiting with neighbours, gunsmithing and reloading and teaching others to hunt and shoot.
Ken's broad smile, the twinkle in his eye, and his sense of humor will be fondly remembered by many.
