On January 14, 2014 Mrs. Karen Lauraine Holden (Bjerke) of Mirror passed away suddenly at the age of 58 years. She will be lovingly remembered and is survived by her husband Dan Holden; mother Iris "Moon" Bjerke; sisters Christine and Carolyn (Nick, Christopher, Nick and Erin); and brother John. Karen was predeceased by her father Toby Bjerke, brother Tony and brother-in-law Pat. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at the Mirror Community Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local Humane Society, Mirror and District Museum, the SPCA or Canadian Blood Services.
