John David (Jack)
With hearts full of treasured memories, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John David (Jack) Anderson of Halkirk, Alberta on March 5, 2016 at the Our Lady of the Rosary Hospital, Castor, Alberta.
Jack will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by his brothers and sisters: Mary (Orest) Schur, Kenneth Anderson, Stanley (Dorothy) Anderson, Shirley (Ken) MacDonald; numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends. Jack was predeceased by his brother Edward Anderson, sister Joyce Leadlay, sisters in law Jean Anderson and Florence Anderson; nephew Kevin Leadlay, great niece Teckla Anderson and great nephew Brandon Schur.
A celebration of Jack's life will be held at the Halkirk Community Hall on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM. If family and friends desire memorial donations may be made to Paintearth Lodge, Box 209, Castor, AB T0C 0X0 or Our Lady of the Rosary Hospital Foundation, Box 329, Castor, AB T0C 0X0.
