Isaac William Lee

Isaac William Lee was born in Calgary, Alberta to mother Marla Merkley and father Jordan Lee. He passed away suddenly but peacefully at the Red Deer Regional Hospital, with his parents by his side.
Isaac is survived by his parents, mother Marla Merkley (Graham Backen) and father Jordan Lee (Tracey); his beautiful sisters Ava and Harper Lee; maternal grandparents Brenda and Tim Merkley; paternal grandparents Joanne and Bill Lee; great grandmother Elsie Merkley; Uncles and Aunts; Ryan (Phoung) Merkley; Raymond Lee, Angela (Mike) Blackmore, Dana (Carmen) Somers, Amanda (Sanj) Manhas-Lee, Jennifer (Curt) Van Esch; beloved cousins Kayla (James) and Amelia VanerLeest, Janaya Lee, Jeri (Dylan), Holly and Airel Blackmore, Anna and Evan Somers. Isaac is predeceased by Paternal Grandmother Gwen Lee and Great Grandmother Hertha May.
Isaac was a soft spoken, introverted big brother who wore his heart on his sleeve. He was a talented writer, intelligent student and read anything he could get his hands on. Isaac had a keen, unique way of seeing the world. He was a very loyal friend who loved being part of a team, and it was known he was happiest when he contributed to a great play. His latest passion was golf, and he enjoyed many rounds this summer with his Grandpa Tim, Graham, and his dad. He touched many lives with his empathy and generosity. At the time of his passing, Isaac was attending Red Deer College in hope of attaining a degree in Journalism.
He was very loved and will be deeply missed.
All are welcome to join in the celebration of Isaac on Friday, December 17th at 1:00 pm at the Stetter Community Hall.
