Irene has shared a life of love and laughter with family, friends and associates throughout her life.
At Irene's request a formal funeral service was not be held. A private graveside service took place on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Omega Cemetery, Gadsby, Alberta where Irene was laid to rest beside her mother. Donations in memory of Irene are gratefully accepted to the Stettler Boys and Girls Club (cheques payable to Heartland Youth Center) or S.T.A.R.S. c/o Stettler Funeral Home & Crematorium, P.O. Box 1780, Stettler, Alberta T0C 2L0, 403-742-3422, who were entrusted with the care and funeral arrangements.
