On Saturday, May 14, 2011 Hertha May late of Stettler, Alberta formerly of Weyburn, Saskatchewan passed away to be with her husband, John Wilber May at the age of 85. She will be sadly missed and always remembered by her family; her seven children, Brian (Lihua) May of Calgary, AB, and their children, Keenan, Joclynn May (Jim Murphy), Trevor and Jamie; Barry (Elisa) May of Regina, SK and their children, Jennifer (Mark) and their son, Dartanon, Bradley (Andre) and their daughter, Eissabela, Erica; Brenda (Tim) Merkley of Stettler, AB and their children, Marla (Jordan) Lee and their children, Isaac, Ava and Harper, Ryan (Ilea); Sandra (Darryl) Seitz of Weyburn, SK and their children, Shawna (Murray) Lavender, Matthew Seitz and Shannon (Curtis) and their children, Braxton, James and Logan; Allan May of Weyburn, SK; Laura May (James Pflimlin) of Ocean Side, CA; Tricia May of Calgary, AB as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A Funeral Service was held onThursday, May 19, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. from the Grace United Church, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Rev. Barnabas officiating. Interment to follow at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Weyburn, Saskatchewan. A visitation was held on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 from 7:00 ~ 9:00 PM from Fletcher Funeral Chapels, Weyburn, Saskatchewan.
