Gloria Jane McDougall
Gloria was born on December 25, 1922 in Big Valley, Alberta to parents, Bertha and Dee Burford and passed away on May 26, 2010 in Bashaw, Alberta at the age of 87 years. She is lovingly survived by her sons; Gary (Dianna) of Ponoka and Robert (Evelyn) of Nanaimo, British Columbia; daughters; Norma (Bob) Topylko of Parksville, British Columbia, Joan (Henri) Moncion of Kelowna, British Columbia and Anne Scott of Parksville, British Columbia; daughter-in-law Marilyn of Delburne, Alberta; eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; sisters, Lorraine, June and Shirley. She was predeceased by her husband, Evan, her son, Ron and sisters; Bernice, Maxine, Faye, Fern and Donna. A Service of Remembrance was held on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bashaw Community Center with Pastor David Panton presiding.
