Francis "Frank" Thomas
May 2, 1928 - Jan. 11, 2012
On January 11, 2012, Frank Neil passed away quietly with his family at his side.
Frank will be lovingly remembered by his children Gordon, Janice (Gerard) and Carol (Gord) and his grandchildren Matthew, Brandon (Ashley), Berkley and Austen.
He was predeceased by his wife Marion in November 2007.
Frank's 42 year career with the Royal Bank saw Frank and Marion spend spans of their lives in numerous communities around the Province of Alberta. They made many friends in these communities who remained near and dear in their hearts throughout their lives. Their family knows well that Frank will be fondly remembered. The family is planning a small gathering for immediate family and friends in the near future.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported them through this difficult time. Special thanks to Dr. Kim and the Nursing Staff of the Mazinkowski Heart Institute and the Staff and Friends at the South Terrace Continuing Care for supporting Frank and our family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Camp He Ho Ha or the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation.
