DYCK, Evelyn
1930 - 2009
It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Evelyn Dyck on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at the age of 79 years, surrounded by the love of all her family. Born in Stettler, Alberta to Carl and Emily Kruse, Evelyn married Dave Dyck of Castor in May 1949, where she lived until 2002, when she moved to Lacombe, Alberta.
Evelyn was predeceased by her parents, her husband in 1983, four brothers, three sisters and a son-in-law.
She leaves to celebrate her life, six children, Diane (Norman) Koch, Wayne (Leslie), Helen (Blaine) Lee, Bonnie Sharp, Rita (David) Ward, Dale (Joanne); twelve grandchildren fifteen great-grandchildren and her brother, Albert (Violet) Kruse and extended family members. A family gathering will be held in the spring of 2010 for interment at the Castor Cemetery and a celebration of her life.
