Debbie was born in Calgary in December, 1959. She lived her childhood in Calgary, and her teen years in Burstall, SK, Sarnia, ON, as well as Cochrane and Gadsby, AB. As an adult she lived in the Calgary area. She married the love of her life, Mr. Bill Emmett, in July 1999. Bill unfortunately passed away in 2006. Debbie had a deep faith in Jesus Christ and often shared her testimony with others around her. She enjoyed reading, movies, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Debbie is survived by her parents, Murray C. and Marjorie Wright of Calgary, her brother Garry Wright of Haynes, AB, her sister Janice Tanner of Battle Ground, WA and her brother Murray D. Wright of Managua, Nicaragua. Services for Debbie were held on Monday, June 13th at 2:00 p.m., at the Brennen Funeral Home Chapel in Stettler, AB. As an expression of sympathy and in loving memory of Debbie, Memorial contributions may be made to the Mustard Seed Shelter in care of
