Bobby Albert
Mr. Bob Kochanski of Meeting Creek passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at the age of 51 years. Bob Kochanski was born on December 4, 1959 at Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. His proud parents Albert and Anne Kochanski welcomed the start of their family with open arms. Bob was joined by Thomas in 1961 and Lorianne in 1966. In 1967 Albert and Anne moved their family to the Bashaw area. Their dairy farm provided Bob with a wonderful place to learn and develop the work skills and ethics that he was known for. Bob grew up attending Mecca Glenn School, completing his education at Ponoka Composite High. In 1985 Bob married Lillian Skelly. Miss Edna Ann was soon to make her appearance in 1986 with brother Russel following in 1987. In 1991 Bob and Lil's life paths led them in different directions. In 2001, Bob found and joined his life with Vicki Sauter. Seven years later, in 2008 they were married. (He insisted on waiting for this hall to be finished.) Not only did Bob choose to add Vicki to his family he also chose to add her children Karry, Jessie, and Kathy. Bob was now the proud father of five children. His pride in his children was only surpassed by his pride in his grandchildren. Bob leaves to honor and cherish his memory; his loving wife Vicki; his parents, Albert and Anne Kochanski; his children and grandchildren, Edna (Derek) Boyce, Paitence; Russel Kochanski; Karry Sauter, Jayda, Ashton, Dannika; Jessie Sauter; Kathy Sauter, Brock, Adam; brother Thomas (Marie) Kochanski; sister Lorianne (Darryl) Quigg; and many many extended family and friends. Funeral services were held on Friday, January 21, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. from The Meeting Creek Community Centre. Inurnment will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to The St. Mary's Hospital or Bashaw Care Centre Palliatve Care Units or the charity of one's choice.
