ANDERSON - Archie Anderson, formerly of Big Valley, AB, passed away in Lethbridge, AB on Saturday, July 19, 2008, after a full and meaningful life. He was the youngest of six children born to Harry and Olive Anderson. He leaves to cherish his memory his teenage sweetheart and wife of 61 years, Vera “Toots” Anderson; five children: Bennett (Carolyn) Anderson, Teresa (Pat) Hiebert, Colleen (Earl) Skriver, Trevor (Sheila) Anderson, Floyd (Sharilyn) Anderson; sister Anne Currie; sisters-in-law: Alexa Anderson, Katherine Smith, Polly Powell; 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. He was predeceased by his brothers: Bennett, Oliver, Vair and Andrew, and grandson Jason. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Lethbridge Christian Tabernacle, 1805-9th Avenue North, Lethbridge, with Pastor Bill Calderwood officiating.
