Notice is hereby given that the following Development Permit Applications for permitted and / or discretionary uses in accordance with the County of Stettler No.6 Land Use Bylaw No. 1443- 10 were conditionally approved by the Development Authority:

Proposed Development: Sand, Gravel and Surface Mineral Extraction / Processing.
2. No: DP 23077
Legal Description: NE 20-40-10-W4M
Owner / Applicant: 2066052 Alberta Ltd. o/a Bar W Resort
Proposed Development: Recreational Vehicle Park and Rural Convenience Store c/w variances as described in DP 23077 and available at the County of Stettler Administration Building – 6602-44 Avenue Stettler.
