Stettler RCMP are asking the public to keep their eyes peeled for a stolen industrial generator that was stolen between 11:08 and 11:54 p.m. on July 9.
Two men, driving a dark-coloured Ford F250 or F350, entered the Stettler Equipment Sales and Rental compound after breaking the lock off the gate. Once inside, they scouted the area before stealing a trailer hitch from a parked truck, which they used on their truck to steal a large generator.
According to police, the generator is a “dual-axle trailer, Doosan G70, white and black in colour.” It has decals from “Drumheller Equipment Sales” on it.
