East-central Alberta is about to get hit by a winter blast.
At 3:49 p.m. on Nov. 1, Environment Canada issued a snowfall warning covering Stettler and Castor.
Snowfall expected to fall in the region will be between 10 and 20 cm, or more, in some areas.
According to the release, Environment Canada is expecting the snow to reach the Saskatchewan border just in time for the morning commute Wednesday.
Conditions are expected to be the worst Wednesday during the day and drivers are asked to use caution if they must travel.
