Thieves broke into the Stettler Recreation Centre (SRC) in the early morning hours of Feb. 28.

A pair of thieves drove through the front doors of the SRC around 4:30 a.m., where they exited the vehicle, attached tow-straps to the ATM in the lobby and pulled it out with the truck.

The pair were on scene for around six minutes.

Suspect one is described as being an older male dressed all in black who has difficulties walking which could be related to leg or hip issues, according to Savinkoff.

Suspect two is described as being older as well, wearing camoflage pants and plaid jacket.

Both suspects were wearing masks.

The ATM was recovered on March 1 on Township Road 380.
