The Stettler and Area Family Resource Network has begun offering a Music Makers program on Monday mornings.
Geared for children six years of age and younger, plus their care-givers, the Monday morning music sessions feature a combination of singing, rhyming and the playing of musical instruments.
Currently, two sessions are being offered, one at 9 a.m. and another at 10:30 a.m., though facilitator Cori Neilson said she is open to booking more sessions if the demand is there.
“I love music,” said Neilson.
“It really is a joy to have Music Maker Time with young families.”
Because of ongoing pandemic capacity restrictions, each session is restricted to 11 participants plus the facilitator.
There is no cost to participants, and the sessions are currently anticipated to run until Easter at the resource network office located at the corner of 49th Ave. and 51 St.
The sessions do not run on holidays.
