Impaired driving big headache for RCMP

On Feb. 7. at 2:50 a.m. an impaired driver was detected in the summer village of Rochon Sands. The 28-year-old female from the area was arrested and processed, then compelled to attend Provincial Court in Stettler on March 10 to enter a plea to a charge of impaired driving.

A gas station in the 6000 block of 50 Avenue in Stettler suffered the theft of fuel when a patrol filled the tank and drove off. This occurred on Feb. 3 at 8:25 a.m. and the vehicle was described as a blue Dodge 4x4 Truck.

On Feb. 3 at 12:30 p.m. a home in the 4900 block of 53 Street in Stettler had a window broken by a passer-by.
