RCMP are appealing for information to identify and charge the culprits in an incident of vandalism and theft that took place near Halkirk more than a week ago.
RCMP Coronation issued the following statemen regarding the incident:
“On the evening of July 26, near the Battle River north of Halkirk, an oil well site was vandalized. There was also another site where a battery and oil were stolen.
Damage to site was estimated at $300 and there was approximately $200 worth of items stolen.
A Black Dodge Mega cab pickup truck was seen fleeing the area and is known to be the vehicle that was involved in the damage to the oil well site.
