Patricia Lynn Conn was fined $1,100 for driving with a blood-alcohol content over 80 milligrams and $400 for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 53 on Aug. 28 and was suspended from driving a vehicle for one year.

“This is a serious matter, leaving an accident scene,” said Judge J.D. Holmes.

Murray Dale Wickens pleaded guilty and was fined $1,800 for driving with an alcohol content over 80 mg., suspended from driving for one year and fined $200 for possessing 4.2 grams of marijuana.

His lowest alcohol reading was 210 mg. when he was tested in the incident on Oct. 28 in the Tim Hortons drive-thru in Stettler.

“This is a very high reading,” said Judge Holmes.

Greg Henry Schiffner pleaded guilty and was fined a total of $1,200 for shoplifting at No Frills grocery store on Sept. 5 and 17.

“If you do this again, you will probably get more than a fine and go to jail,” said Judge Holmes.

Dylan Wayne Andersen was issued a peace bond for nine months for an assault charge that was dropped and ordered to keep the peace and not consume alcohol or drugs.

Kevin Hayley and William Pochylko were each issued a peace bond for one year for mischief to property charges which were dropped for both men related to the same incident and were ordered to not be in contact or communicate with each other.
