The U15 Castor Crush softball team "crushed" Red Deer on a smoky Saturday afternoon.
Castor hosted the Red Deer Rage at the Castor ball diamonds, part of a full weekend of ball action in the community.
Ultimately, the host team defeated Red Deer with a final score of 12-2.
