Stettler Family Resource Network opens new play space

The facility will be open two days a week to start

There is a new play space in Stettler for parents with young children.

Stettler's Family Resource Network, part of McMann Family Resources of Central Alberta, has opened a new indoor playzone as part of their facility.

The resource network hosted a well-attended drop-in on May 1 to showcase the space, with 35 kids and their parents stopping by to check out the space.

In May, the play space will be open Monday mornings from 9 a.m. until noon and Wednesday afternoons from 1-3 p.m.

Beginning in June, the hours could extend to include a Thursday evening session.

The facility is located near the corner of 49 Avenue and 51 Street in Stettler.
