A family fishing day was held at the Castor fishing pond on May 31.
The event was sponsored by Castor and District Family and Community Support Services and the Alberta Conservation Association.
For the day, no fishing license was required.
There were snacks, hotdogs, draws and outdoor games to play for everyone in attendance.
Over 30 people attended the fun day.
Fishing ran from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
