Thanks to Stettler Elementary School

I would just like to express how blessed we are in our community, for the privilege of sending our children and grandchildren to such an incredible school.

Dear editor;

I would just like to express how blessed we are in our community, for the privilege of sending our children and grandchildren to such an incredible school.

This thought comes to my mind often during the school year, but surfaced again as I sat in the Performing Arts Centre last week, enjoying a Christmas program, featuring several elementary classes. The children were delightful, as they portrayed many aspects of the excitement of Christmas, but the real exciting part was when the program ended with the nativity scene, the Christmas story from the Bible, and the true meaning of Christmas.

All the years that I have been attending these school Christmas programs, of which our children, and now our grandson, have been a part, the real meaning of Christmas has been included, and that says a lot for the teachers and the standards of our Stettler Elementary School.

Many, many thanks.
