The rugby girls lost their last match on May 4 against Rocky Mountain House. Congratulations to the players who qualified for CWAJHAA.

The New Orleans band students left on Sunday. One Act festival was a success. Congratulations to all participants!

The junior high had a dance last Friday, May 5. It was formal and everyone was allowed to invite a guest. I hope everyone had a great time.

Jammin' 4 Jay Charitable Society came to our school to talk to the Grade 11 and 12 students this past Friday, May 5. Greg Drew told us his remarkable story. He talked about the consequences of being a reckless driver. His story was truly unforgettable and hopefully everyone will now be a safer driver.

Our school wanted to help out with the Fort McMurray crisis and will be having a barbeque and car wash this Friday, May 13. Volunteers are needed ASAP. Contact the school if you would like to help. Also, the high school cosmetology department is offering free services to any Fort McMurray evacuees for the next two weeks. Please call the school to make an appointment.
