The third annual drive-in movie night had great weather for the two movies that were chosen. Many families showed up for the occasion and enjoyed their night out together. The movies were great and so was the concession.

Boys’ and girls’ volleyball has gotten underway. Boys practice on Mondays after schools and girls practice Tuesdays after school.

Thursday, Oct. 1 is meet the teacher night.

Congratulations to Patricia Standage for finishing the half marathon in Canmore last week. She ran for CAUSE (Christian Aid for Underprivileged Society Everywhere).

The Home-Based Business Fair will be held on October 1st from 5 - 9 p.m. in the Erskine School gymnasium. If you have a home-based business and would like to rent a table, please call Jodi at 403-742-3562 for the details.

Goal Setting/Meet the Teacher will also be held that same night from 6 - 7:30 p.m. More information is to follow and will be sent home with students.

Friday, Sept. 25 is Terry Fox Run day at the school. Students may be approaching you with a pledge sheet.

Parent Council is meeting at the school library at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 29.

Erskine’s first volleyball game is today against Stettler held in Erskine after school.
