Welcome to another edition of the Christ-King Chronicle. We are very excited to announce that we have moved to our newly renovated classrooms. Come and check it out.
In other exciting news, we have entered the season of Advent, a season of preparing for the coming of the Lord Jesus as a newborn babe. Over the next four weeks we will be delving into what it means to prepare for His coming, reflecting on the wonder and awe of it and what it means to us as His followers today. We will be having Advent celebrations each week. Everyone is welcome to join us in Mrs. Broekhuizen’s classroom. The dates for the celebrations will be Tuesday, Dec. 1, Monday, Dec. 7, and Monday, Dec. 14. We will also be celebrating monthly Mass on Friday, Dec. 11 at Christ-King Parish.
Mark Wednesday, Dec. 16 on your calendar and be sure to attend our Advent Concert at Christ-King Parish at 7 p.m.
Swimming lessons continue until next Monday, Dec. 7. We will be having ornament draws to raise funds for our foster child, George, in India. Keep your eyes open for a note home with the details. Until next time, many blessings.
