Vic and Barb Carey have returned from a week's visit with Barb's brother Ken and Elaine Ganshirt in Saskatchewan, catching up on their family. Ken and Elaine's daughter Dawn and Ryan and their three children spent time with Barb and Vic as well. They enjoyed the water slide at the hotel where Barb and Vic were staying.
Get well wishes to Bill Hansel who had knee replacement surgery on Wednesday in Camrose. Joyce and their three daughters stayed in Camrose enjoying their time together while visiting Bill. Bill and Joyce returned home Saturday, stopping to watch part of son Larry's baseball game. Larry is staying at Bill and Joyce's for a few days.
Wayne Glasier is slowly recovering from his hip surgery. They did take a day trip to have lunch with Harvey and Barb, Lacombe.
Percy and Paulette Heer had a granddaughter birthday weekend, starting with Hannah, who turned 11 on Saturday. It was pizza and presents, birthday cake and a movie at John and Jewel's; Bailey, too. Then Sunday out to Three Hills to help Josie Wideman celebrate her 14th birthday with supper, birthday cheesecake, presents and games. Helping celebrate were dad and mom,(Curtis and Christy), Matthew (home for the summer, working with DJ Drilling), Clayton (also working with DJ for the summer) and friend Klondike who is here from Africa. His mom and Dad are missionaries and are just returning from the Congo.
Happy anniversary to Grant and Judy Musgrove, who were married June 28, 1997, 19 years ago.
