If fitness is your passion, the library has many resources from how-to books to work-out videos to help you on your way.

Not only that, but we circulate two family passes to our patrons for the Recreation Center located on the first floor of our building. Why not call today to reserve the day pass, or the one-week pass, all at no charge with your free library membership?

These passes are in hot demand, so plan ahead for the dates when you’d like to make use of them.

Children:

Give your child(ren) the gift of language by introducing them early to stories, songs, and fun activities. Read & Rhyme happens for parents and tots (0-5 years) Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:30 a.m. 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten is a free app to keep track of your family reading. Download it and receive small prizes at the library as you progress toward your goals.

At Something Cool After School on Thu, April 6 at 4 p.m. we’ll be solving the problem of how best to drop an egg from a height without breaking it. On Tue, April 11 at 4 p.m. get your speed on and play a Minute to Win It. Then on Thu, April 13, you get to make your own bouncy balls!

Individualized instruction is one of the best ways to foster academic learning progress. We offer free one-on-one tutoring after school hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Call for more information and to book an appointment.

Has technology got you flustered? Our knowledgeable staff can help you navigate your phone, iPad, tablet or other electronic device. If you have VHS tapes and photographic slides kicking around unused, why not let us show you how to use our conversion equipment to transfer them to digital versions.
