Stettler Library gears up for summer reading program

Anyone interested in registering for the Summer Reading Program can pick up registration forms at the library. You can also catch us at our Bowling Kickoff Party at Heartland Bowl on July 4 at 2 p.m. Spaces are limited for this event so please call us at 403-742-2292 to register.

Let’s finish relaxation month with something that everyone needs to relax: a mug to hold that morning coffee with Baileys. This event is part of our adult crafting series and is on June 28 at 6:30 p.m.

With Canada Day approaching, why not get ready to show your national pride with a fun craft of Canada Day ribbon sticks made at the library on June 28 at 1 p.m.

Want a fun place to get all your ideas onto paper? On June 28 at 6:30 p.m., join the Stettler Writers’ Club with a pencil/ pen, paper and of course your creativity.

And don’t forget about our ongoing programs. Every Thursday from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., play, battle and trade your favourite Pokemon at our weekly Pokemon swap meet. We also have ‘Gamerz’ for those PC gaming lovers with all ages welcome every Tuesday and Thursday at 4 p.m.

Want to boost those final grades? Why not try free tutoring at the Stettler Public Library on Mondays from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. and Tuesdays from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. with a certified educator.
