ERSKINE ENQUIRER -- The Erskine Parent Council will have a meeting on Thursday, Feb. 25 at 7 p.m. Guest speaker will be Mr. Barron and under discussion will be next year's school calendar.
The Erskine Seniors election of officers took place last Wednesday. Gord McClelland is president, Marv Pepperkorn is vice-president, Edith Plante is secretary and Pat Kelm is treasurer. It was decided at the meeting to apply for the status of a society and to that end some directors were elected.
Taking place at the Erskine Seniors' Centre is crib on Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m. Canasta has been changed to Fridays at 12:30 and walking in the hall is Friday mornings from 10 to 11. Everyone is welcome and you don't have to be a senior to partake in these activities.
The next Erskine Dance Jam will take place on Sunday, Feb. 14 at 1 until 4 p.m. Come and bring your sweetheart and enjoy the dancing, music, visiting, and prizes.
