Pancake-and-jam session cooks up Drop-In Centre

We hope everyone had a Happy Easter with family and friends.

Plenty of events are scheduled for Donalda in the coming weeks.

Coming up on Sunday, April 14, the Donalda Coulee Friendship Club will hold its monthly pancake and jam session at the Drop-In Centre, starting at 11 a.m. with the jam session to follow.

Come and enjoy a great breakfast and some toe tapping music and good fellowship.

On Wednesday, April 17, the Community Promotions and the Art Society hold their annual general meetings at the Drop-In Centre.

Community Promotions starts at 7:30 p.m., with the Art Society to follow. New members are welcome.

Drive-in movies in the coulees will begin May 11, starting at dusk.

Don’t forget to mark your calendars for a Mother’s Day strawberry pancake breakfast and jam session, starting at 10 a.m., with a “birdhouse auction” at noon.

Birthday wishes go out to Brad Steinhoff, Janine Mendemilla, Sheena Blouin, Dayton Rider, Steve Murphy, Brock Awe, Levi Awe, Teresa Quist, Marina Norman, Romaine Longeagne, Alfred Frewin, Travis Halseth and anyone else celebrating a birthday this week.
