Outdoor skating coming soon to Erskine

Last week’s balmy Monday weather turned quickly from rain into ice and then temperatures dropped and snow came tumbling down. It hasn’t quit since then. The weather office does say it is supposed to be looking up by Friday.

The Wildcat football team was playing up in Peace River this weekend and they had much less snow and warmer temperatures than we had.

Grade 9 have their P.A.R.T.Y. presentation on drugs tomorrow.

The Erskine outdoor ice rink should be coming in soon for all those who like to skate. The temperatures are defiantly sustainable for ice and if La Nina continues to come into our area we are predicted to have extreme cold and lots of moisture. So that would lead into lots of skating time.

Parent council is next Tuesday, Nov. 30 at 7 p.m.
