Last week at Wm. E. Hay the Sr. Girls basketball team had a game against Wetaskiwin. Unfortunately, they lost 88-36, but they have shown a lot of improvement in their rebounding during the third quarter. Congratulations to Dacia Gramlick. Who was the top scorer with 10 points.
The clubs within our school had a busy week as they prepared for and hosted the carnival along with the Students’ Union. The carnival was filled on Friday, Dec 5 from 5 to 9 p.m. as kids got the opportunity to participate in a variety of games, cake walks, crafts, hamster balls, and also got to take pictures with Santa and eat some delicious treats. Thank you, Students’ Union and all the clubs who were involved.
