“Lost-and-found” overflowing

HYC’s Radically Awesome Days summer program is in full swing. A kick-off celebration was held on July 2nd and included a BBQ lunch, ice breaker games, crafts and lawn activities. This weeks highlights include learning about Mexican, native, Asian and Hawaiian cultures, as well as swimming and a trip to Old MacDonalds Resort. Participants are reminded to bring swim wear and a change of clothing for next weeks festivities as they take part in various Wet N’ Wild games.

Teen Trips program started today with an invigorating game of paintball at Pure Pandemonium paintball. July activities for our teens will include a visit to Wild Rapids in Sylvan Lake on July 16th, Dinner and a Movie in Red Deer on July 24, as well as a trip to Drumheller for a hike and tour of the Atlas Coal Mine on July 30. All teens ages 13-18 are invited to bring their friends and join these Teen Trips throughout the summer. Call Jessica at 403-742-5437 for more information.
