A sure sign that things are getting back to normal after the pandemic, the Halkirk Elks held their annual fall Oyster Fry fundraiser on Oct. 23.

While the main fare of the evening was oysters, with all the trimmings, for those less adventurous there was also plenty of barbecue beef to go around.

The fundraiser was held at the Halkirk Community Hall.
