The Village of Donalda would like to let people know that invasive plant species have been seen in the village area. If you are unsure of plants you may pick up a pamphlet at the village office, or go to www.abinvasives.ca for more information.
The Donalda and District Agricultural Society still has a vacancy on the board. If you care about your community and its facilities, then this may be for you.
The Donalda Gallery for the Arts will be hosting a new exhibition, "Collections", which will feature various types of artworks by a few local artists. This exhibition will open Aug. 1, and run until the September long weekend. Please stop by and enjoy what there is to offer. A date for the gala has yet to be set.
The Donalda Library has been busy this summer with their Summer Reading program, it is wonderful to see so many kids having fun and learning this summer.
